FAQs
Where is Boston Animal Hospital – North Station located?
Our clinic is located at 102 Beverly Street, directly across from The Beverly and POKE by Love Art, and just steps away from TD Garden and North Station. We’re a short walk from the North End, West End, and Beacon Hill.
Is parking available?
We offer on-street parking only at our North Station location. Because nearby parking can be competitive, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early if you’re driving.
Need a backup plan? We’re also a short walk from the North Station parking garage, and easily accessible by MBTA via commuter rail, subway, or bus.
Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes. To reserve your time with one of our veterinarians, we require a $99 deposit for all doctor appointments and a $300 deposit for surgical or dental procedures. Technician visits do not require a deposit.
This policy helps us ensure availability for pets who need care and minimizes last-minute cancellations.
Is my deposit refundable?
Absolutely — your deposit is fully refundable as long as you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a $99 missed appointment fee, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
What happens if I’m running late?
Please call us as soon as possible if you’re going to be late. If you arrive 15 or more minutes after the scheduled start time, you may need to reschedule your appointment and may be charged a missed appointment fee.
We know things happen — just give us a heads-up and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What is your current COVID-19 policy?
If you are currently ill with COVID-19, experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or runny nose, or have had a recent exposure, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to at least five days out from the date of symptom onset, positive test, or exposure.
Keeping our staff, clients, and community safe is a shared effort — we appreciate your understanding.
