This was by far the BEST place I’ve ever been to.
I had the most amazing experience here! I’ve been to a good number of vets, but this was by far the BEST place I’ve ever been to. Dr. Hemstreet and Johnny are seriously the best of the best!! They took such great care of my dog and made sure she was comfortable the entire appointment.
I love how thorough, gentle, and attentive they were. Really appreciated how Dr. Hemstreet explained the different treatment options and prioritized non-invasive techniques first. I feel like they’re a very honest practice and do not try to recommend any unnecessary procedures. They were also so efficient and able to get everything done in one visit.
On top of all of this, their prices are extremely reasonable! I wish I could stay in Boston forever just to keep bringing my dog here. I highly recommend it!

Both Nino and Bella and their babies have been Boston Animal Hospital patients since they arrived in our lives. From microchipping, dental work, pregnancy, urgent care, and primary care, they’ve been there for it all.
The team at Southampton is amazing. However, their PCP moved to downtown, so we followed suit. We absolutely love the care Dr. Hemstreet gives them all. Wouldn’t trade this team for any other.
