Our Staff

Erin Watson – Regional Practice Manager
Erin Watson

Director of Operations

Erin brings more than 25 years of experience in veterinary medicine to her role as Regional Practice Manager. Since joining Boston Animal Hospital in 2016, she’s played a key role in ensuring patients and pet parents receive exceptional physical and emotional care. Erin’s background spans general practice, emergency care, and surgery, and she has served in nearly every clinic role — from technician and front desk coordinator to supervisor and office manager.

Outside of work, Erin lives in southern New Hampshire with her family, including her rescue pups Sammy and Millie, and her cat Darla, who was born right at BAH! She enjoys spending time outdoors exploring the mountains, lakes, and beaches of New England.

Johnny Negron

Practice Manager – North Station

Johnny joined Boston Animal Hospital in 2018 as a veterinary technician and now plays a central role in managing the North Station location. With over a decade of experience in the veterinary field, he’s passionate about helping pet parents make informed, confident decisions about their animal’s care. Johnny continues to work hands-on with patients across surgery, outpatient appointments, and at the front desk.

When he’s not at the clinic, Johnny enjoys unwinding in the great state of Maine.

Ely – Veterinary Technician, Inventory Manager
Ely

Veterinary Technician, Team Lead & Inventory Manager

With more than 20 years of veterinary experience, Ely is the longest-standing member of the Boston Animal Hospital team. She’s passionate about educating clients on nutrition and preventive care and is known for her calm, steady presence in the clinic. Ely helps oversee daily operations, inventory management, and patient care.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her cats Mr. Blue and Dusty, and her beloved puggle, Jewel.

Veterinary Technician

Emily holds a BS in Biology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and joined the team in 2022 after moving to Boston from Baltimore. She has a special talent for working with nervous pets, helping them feel safe and supported during their visits. Her clinical experience and empathetic approach make her a favorite among patients and clients alike.

Outside the hospital, Emily enjoys hiking, thrifting, and tending to her plant collection. She shares her home with two cats, Kobe and Oliver.

Veterinary Technician

Emily joined the veterinary field after obtaining her BS in Biology from The Rochester Institute of Technology. She joined BAH in the summer of 2022 after relocating to Boston from Baltimore and brings years of experience to our team at North Station. Emily has had a lifelong passion for animals and particularly enjoys working with nervous pets to make their vet visits as stress-free and positive as possible. She enjoys hiking, thrifting, and collecting plants, and has two kitties at home: Kobe and Oliver.

Client Care Coordinator

Emily began her journey working with animals at a local zoo many years ago and has been in the animal health industry ever since. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from the University of Vermont, and switched over to the veterinary field in 2022. Emily loves both animals and people, and her job as a Client Care Coordinator gives her the best of both worlds. She particularly enjoys
creating bonds and building trust with our clients and their pets. In her spare time, Emily enjoys birding!

Cassie
Cassie

Veterinary Technician

Cassie has been working with pets since 2015 as a shelter manager and veterinary technician. She joined BAH in 2023 to advance her technical skills and to continue working with our wonderful veterinarians. She is certified in Fear Free patient care as well as basic and advanced life support. Cassie is a passionate advocate of patient care, providing support for owners through all staged of their pet’s lives, and seeing the positive transformations in our patients as a result of the care we provide. In her spare time Cassie enjoys gardening, yoga, knitting, and other crafts. She has 5 beautiful cats named Geronimo, Jim, Margery, Sokka, and Dillo at home.

Sherry
Sherry

Client Care Coordinator/Event Coordinator

Sherry has worked in animal care for the past 6 years and joined BAH in 2022 as a Client Care Coordinator. She has always loved animals and finds working with them incredibly fulfilling. Sherry also enjoys building relationships with clients and represents BAH at numerous dog-friendly events around the city. Sherry loves spending time with friends as well as traveling, cooking, and playing Badminton! Sherry lives just outside of Boston with her sweet cat, Tazzie.
