Compassionate & Advanced Pet Surgery at North Station

Surgery can be one of the most emotional experiences a pet parent faces — and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. At our North Station clinic, your pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being are at the center of everything we do.

Our state-of-the-art surgical suite is equipped with advanced monitoring technology, and our skilled veterinary team is trained in a wide range of procedures, from routine spays and neuters to complex abdominal surgeries. Whether your pet needs a preventive operation or urgent intervention, we take the time to guide you through every step, clearly and compassionately.

Conveniently located across from TD Garden, we proudly serve pet families in the North End, Charlestown, Cambridge, and surrounding Boston communities.

Safe, Skilled Pet Surgery in Boston

Our surgical services include both routine and complex procedures, all performed under carefully monitored general anesthesia with full pain management. We require pre-anesthetic bloodwork for every surgical patient to ensure your pet is healthy enough for anesthesia, and we provide full post-operative care instructions at discharge.

  • Cryptorchid (retained testicle) surgery
  • Hernia repair (including umbilical and inguinal)
  • Gastropexy (often preventive for large breed dogs)

  • Periodontal surgery

Each case is evaluated individually, and if your pet needs care beyond what we can provide in-house, we’ll refer you to one of our trusted surgical specialists.
